In response to the present discussion about the need for a "box rule" 30 foot class of sailing boat, a group of like minded sailors and designers have formulated a level rating rule based on the Mount Gay 30 Rule. This new rule will be called the Level Design 30 Rule or LD30 Rule, and is open to review by the public.
